Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms apply to omniserve.omnia-communications.com and to services provided by Omnia Communications LLC, doing business as OmniServe.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Omnia Communications LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as OmniServe (“OmniServe”, “we”, “us”). OmniBot is a service provided by OmniServe. You can reach us at info@omnia-communications.com.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, request free check-ups and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or sending spam through our forms.
3. Free check-ups and reports
Free offers such as the Taste Report, WordPress Health Check, PHP Security Check, Nonprofit Consult and Ads Audit are provided for information only. They are based on publicly available information and anything you share with us, and they do not create an obligation for either party. We may decline or limit free requests at our discretion.
4. Paid products and services
The Growth Playbook is a one-time digital product. All other services, including Web Care, hosting, ads management, nonprofit projects, Apple Maps Ads management and OmniBot, are provided under a written quote, proposal or agreement that sets out scope, fees and timelines. If that document conflicts with these terms, the written quote, proposal or agreement controls.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. Because the Growth Playbook is a custom digital deliverable, refunds are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of purchase if there is a problem with your order. Third-party costs, such as ad spend paid to Google, Meta or Apple, are paid directly to those platforms and are not refundable by us.
6. Your accounts and content
You keep ownership of your domains, websites, ad accounts, analytics, data and content. You grant us permission to use them only as needed to provide the services you request. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you give us.
7. OmniBot
OmniBot provides AI-generated reports and drafts. Drafts are held for your approval before anything is sent to a customer or money is spent. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve. AI output may contain errors and should be checked before you rely on it.
8. Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as WordPress, hosting providers, Google, Meta, Apple, Stripe and Monday.com. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions by those platforms.
9. No guarantees
We work to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, ad performance, review ratings, revenue or donations. The website and free offers are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Omnia Communications LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to this website or a free offer is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is set out in the applicable agreement.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is available at /privacy-policy/.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Alameda County, California.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@omnia-communications.com.
